CANCELLATION POLICY for lessons:

All Lessons can be changed online upon entering into your account up until 72 hours prior to the lesson starting. Once inside the 72 hour window prior to the lesson, one (1) makeup will be granted for illness per calendar year, a doctors note is required.  The make up must be used the same week as the cancelled skill session. No refunds or make up's will be granted for those attending as a Walk On. All efforts must be made by the purchaser to inform MassCrease through email (bookings@masscrease.com) that they wont be attending their scheduled time, so as to allow the company to open up the saved spot to another goaltender. No refunds / make up's will be issued due to snow and/or weather related reasons if the scheduled session takes place. Make up's will be issued to all in the event that MassCrease cancels the skill session. Notice of cancellation by MassCrease will be done through emails (to the email listed in the goaltenders account) and posted on the website home page. All sessions purchased through Massachusetts Crease LLC for lessons/private lessons are final sale. The sessions are held as credits for use at your convenience. 

cancellation policy for summer programs:

Zero4Sixty: Initial deposit of 50% is non-refundable and ensures the ability to book summer 1 of the Zero4Sixty Series. The remaining 50% balance ensures booking for summer 2 of the Zero4Sixty Series. If injury were to occur, a 1:1 exchange of remaining summer 2 sessions for fall/winter group skills will be applied. There is no exchange for missed summer 1 sessions due to injury. A doctors note is required to gain this exchange.

Development Program: Payment in full, prior to registration. No refunds for summer programs.

Massachusetts Crease LLC can not provide refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen acts of God, including facility damage/closing complications, weather related rink/facility cancellations or pandemics. These are highly unlikely to occur but in the event it does, we will issue credit vouchers for the full amount paid for the affected program to be used for skills/future summer sessions. Massachusetts Crease LLC reserves the right to cancel or change programs, dates, time and/or locations. Programs can be adjusted to meet pandemic protocol, and/or to meet safety standards established by MassCrease for the benefit of the staff and students attending.

All sessions purchased through Massachusetts Crease LLC for skills/private lessons/summer programs/Zero4Sixty are FINAL SALE. The sessions are held as credits for use at your convenience.

FACILITIES:

We take pride in our facility.  Please do your part to keep it clean for those goalies and families coming after you.  Please pick up your trash, including hockey tape and water bottles.  If you have kiddos playing in the off-ice room, please clean up the room before you leave.  

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

If your goalie is having any medical issues please let the coaching staff know prior to entering the ice.
